FPM stands for fluoro rubber and has the highest temperature and media resistance of all standard seal materials. FPM is also resistant to hydrocarbons (mineral oils and fuels), has good ozone and weathering resistance and is only slightly permeable to gases. Available in various qualities and degrees of hardness based on the fluorine content.
